A very simple-to-use interface allows you to operate this system even with minimal knowledge of robotic bending. This groundbreaking machine will allow you to produce high-quality products in the quantities you desire. Although the benders in this series are primarily used to bend brake, fuel and air-conditioning lines, this line of machines can serve a wide variety of different products lines and industries.
With an integrated bend head, the robot performs all of the bending functions including: feed (except the SRM), rotation and bend. Unlike a typical bending machine, the robot completes a bend by rotating itself around the tube. Because the tube itself does not rotate, cycle times are up to 50%
faster than those attained by conventional bending methods. Despite the enormous speed of the robotic bending system, the various MiiC robot benders still sustain high levels of accuracy over the course of time.
Process optimization is not the only benefit of the robotic bender. Through their ability to bend complex, preprocessed tubes, these systems enable a facility to attain an economical production solution as well. Unlike regular CNC-benders, our bending center’s amazing flexibility allows it to eliminate bending collisions thereby reducing scrap and down time. By being able to bend tube with fittings, your facility will decrease cycle times and labor hours.
Through the Windows NT operating system, operating the machine is simple. With its menu-driven applications and TFT-Display, machine indicators and process data editing are easy to understand. Parallel data processing is possible allowing an operator to write and program bending applications during production. Because of its expansive memory, the system can save up to 1000 bend files for future production runs.
